Washington Certified Peer Recovery Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Identifying individual member needs and documenting interventions based on relationships and assessments.
• Providing support to members through a variety of settings and assisting with support groups, as needed.
• Contributing to case management meetings to ensure a team approach is delivered for each member.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary ranges from $43,000 to $46,000 a year, paid hourly at $20.67 to $22.12.
• Comprehensive benefits package includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k with company match, and paid parental leave.
• 3 weeks paid vacation, 4 mental wellness days, and 11 holidays per year.

Qualifications:

• Must be a Washington Certified Peer Recovery or Support Specialist who has successfully participated in a recovery program.
• Caring and compassionate with a passion for helping individuals facing substance-exposed living make positive changes.
• Strong organizational skills and a talent for problem-solving.
