Accounts Payable Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and verify invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports for accuracy and proper authorization.
• Ensure timely vendor payments while adhering to company policies and reconcile the accounts payable ledger.
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and maintain organized accounts payable records.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Strong understanding of accounts payable procedures, GAAP, and SOX compliance.
• Proficiency in NetSuite and advanced Microsoft Excel skills, with excellent organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Annual base salary range of $75,000 to $90,000, determined by job-related knowledge and experience.
