Job Description

In this role, you will design an automated observability stack and implement intelligent systems that monitor operations proactively, surface anomalies early, and automatically triage issues. This will give Zippi real-time awareness and the ability to respond instantly at scale. You will partner with Engineering and Product to evolve Customer Support into a fully tech-powered function, designing automation-first solutions and integrating LLMs where useful. Additionally, you will own the workflows behind fraud detection and response, implementing tools that flag suspicious behavior in real time and ensure high accuracy. You will also act as a culture conduit, modeling technological innovation, customer obsession, and long-term thinking.
