Job Description

Address the increasing demand on the Sales Engineering team. As our pipeline grows, we require a technically skilled individual who not only understands our product inside and out but can also develop and test solutions tailored to merchant needs. This role is critical in enabling our sales team to succeed by bridging the gap between technical feasibility and business requirements. You will actively build and refine solutions, leveraging Recharge’s capabilities to craft scalable and efficient implementations. Their technical expertise and problem-solving ability will be instrumental in overcoming complex challenges, ensuring merchant success, and ultimately driving revenue growth. Sales Engineering is the technical backbone of the Sales team. By working alongside Account Executives, you will ensure that merchants receive not only the best possible configuration of Recharge’s out-of-the-box features but also bespoke implementations that enhance functionality through custom integrations. You will play a crucial role in Recharge’s long-term success by accelerating deal cycles, improving merchant satisfaction, and influencing our product development. As both technical experts and strategic problem solvers, you will empower sales, drive innovation, and contribute directly to revenue growth. You will develop and implement tailored technical solutions that align Recharge’s product capabilities with merchant needs, ensuring successful adoption and long-term satisfaction. You will gain deep expertise in Recharge’s platform, APIs, and integrations, enabling you to design and execute custom technical solutions that drive sales and solve complex merchant challenges. You will troubleshoot and resolve intricate technical issues, ensuring seamless integration and operation of Recharge within merchant environments. You will strategically position Recharge’s technical value, demonstrating how our solutions align with merchant goals and drive business outcomes. You will lead hands-on product demonstrations and technical workshops, clearly articulating Recharge’s capabilities and benefits to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You will influence product development by sharing insights from merchants and market needs, ensuring Recharge continues to evolve as a best-in-class solution.
