Job Description
As a key player in the Organizational Effectiveness (OD/OE) team, you'll contribute to projects and enable our organizational culture and effectiveness work. With a strong ability to take initiative and work collaboratively, you understand the need to think critically, ask great questions, and build tools and processes that enable our audacious team goals.
You will partner with the Sr. Manager, OE and Manager, OE to contribute to key initiatives - responding to team needs and ensuring we do the right work, aligned with the OE vision/strategy. You will also bring to life work aligned with the OE vision/strategy including putting pen to paper and taking ideas to action on the development of needed tools, materials, and assets for Affirmers.
