Job Summary:
- Manage the Experience Rating Refund (ERR) functions and team to ensure contract provisions are respected and fiduciary responsibilities are fulfilled.
- Utilize metrics to track performance, identify gaps, and adjust work assignments and processes.
- Oversee accurate and timely delivery of experience reports and maintain effective controls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direction and oversight of ERR activities to develop efficient workflows and ensure accurate delivery of reports.
- Review and approve experience reports, administer source systems, and perform reconciliation across multiple systems.
- Investigate discrepancies, process refunds/retro premiums, and check alternative funding agreements.
Skills & Background You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, accounting, finance, or related field with 2-5 years of experience in reporting or system reconciliation.
- Advanced skills in Excel required; experience with Power BI, SAS, and Python preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills with a low-ego, collaborative approach.
