Job Description
DoorDash is looking for an Architect, Workforce Management, to join their People Technology team and work closely with business partners to drive key business decisions and innovate in critical tools such as Workday. The role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining secure and scalable workforce management architectures for the People organization. As part of a solution architecture team, the candidate will lead the end-to-end design of scalable, integrated solutions that align with business needs, technology standards, and long-term strategic goals.
The Architect will drive strategic architectural decisions for a high-impact workforce transformation initiative and design end-to-end solutions across multiple global organizations at DoorDash, which address labor demand forecasting, scheduling, timekeeping, and absence management. The role requires aligning architectural decisions with a broader enterprise strategy and securing executive sponsorship. The candidate will also provide guidance and subject matter expertise on workforce management tools and reporting capabilities, solving complex problems while keeping compliance top of mind.
