Role Overview:
- Lead the design of underground transmission and distribution projects for utility and energy clients.
- Provide technical guidance and ensure project quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across project phases from planning to construction support.
Qualifications:
- BA/BS and 4+ years of related experience in transmission and distribution substation projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MicroStation, Civil3D, or similar design software.
- Strong leadership, communication, and client relationship skills; ability to work remotely.
