Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented remote L1 Technician to join our IT support team in Philippines. The ideal candidate will provide first-level technical support to end-users, ensuring timely resolution of hardware and software issues.
Key responsibilities include: responding to and resolving technical support requests via phone, email, or in-person; troubleshooting and diagnosing hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, and mobile devices; installing, configuring, and maintaining operating systems and software applications; assisting with network connectivity issues; documenting support requests; and escalating complex issues to higher-level support teams as necessary. Provide excellent customer service.
