Job Description

Architecting innovative solutions for Reddit’s HR Tech stack. You will advise, design, and build a variety of integrations in support of our critical initiatives across the business, partnering closely with business partners across various teams including people operations, recruiting, benefits, payroll, finance, and security. You'll perform all stages of the development lifecycle to create integrations & automations for our HR tech stack - from requirements gathering, solution design, security configuration, build, functional/technical testing, and product deployment. You'll collaborate closely with internal Workday product managers and cross-functional partners to turn business needs into high quality, scalable, and secure integrations. You'll also develop and maintain Workday Studio integrations, EIBs, APIs, RaaS, and Core Connectors, monitor the success of our integrations portfolio and resolve integration errors within critical timelines and SLAs. You will proactively learn and expand knowledge of Workday’s functional and technical changes in order to stay ahead of impacts to key integrations. Quickly learn new technologies, think out-of-the-box to find creative solutions, and present to both technical and non-technical audiences.
