Key Responsibilities:
- Build and continuously refresh a national pipeline of potential DVM Partner / Medical Director candidates.
- Represent PriorityPet at veterinary industry conferences and events.
- Maintain a clean CRM and ATS pipeline.
Full-Cycle Recruitment & Hiring Management:
- Manage traditional recruitment activities.
- Ensure a high-touch, relationship-driven candidate experience.
- Maintain recruiting workflow compliance.
Lead Conversion & Deal Closing:
- Deliver a compelling pitch for the PPUC model and AAH value proposition.
- Negotiate deal terms within approved parameters.
- Drive deal velocity by keeping candidates engaged.
