Roles & Responsibilities:
- Ensure product enlisting in focus accounts within the territory and guarantee customer coverage and execution of marketing activities as per strategy.
- Generate demand for company products, achieve assigned sales budgets, and ensure all-time availability of medicines.
- Build and maintain internal networks with National Sales Manager, Country Head, and Product and Access Manager, and external networks with doctors, pharmacists, hospitals, and distributors.
Qualifications:
- Educational qualification: A Bachelor of Pharmacy or any equivalent qualification relevant in the healthcare industry.
- Minimum work experience: 5 to 10 years in sales, preferably in Cardiology, Nephrology, or Diabetes.
- Skills & attributes: Good knowledge about customers and territory, strong communication skills, and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
