Role Responsibilities:
- Lead the Platform (Core Services) team, owning core services and libraries used across the product ecosystem.
- Build and maintain highly flexible, reliable, and scalable services and tools to support product development quality and velocity.
- Report directly to the Engineering Manager to define the team charter and drive the mission of providing shared infrastructure.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of professional experience building and maintaining backend platform infrastructure or shared services for multiple product teams.
- 3+ years of experience directly managing a high-performing engineering team, with a focus on people development and performance management.
- Proven track record of mentoring senior-level engineers in domains like distributed systems, microservices, or cloud-native infrastructure.
