• Focuses on market research, opportunity qualification, and pipeline development.
• Helps assess strategic fit and supports early capture activities.

• Strong understanding of military structure and terminology.
• Ability to research and interpret government and military requirements.
• Strong written communication skills.

Preferred / Highly Valued:

• Prior military service.
• Experience in government contracting, capture, or BD.
• Self-starter mindset.
