Job Description
As a part of Harbor’s team, you will be expected to work closely with project team members and client personnel, facilitating requirements gathering, researching best practices, leveraging internal intellectual property, and conducting data analysis to facilitate the implementation of cost savings and process improvement opportunities. You will play a key role in developing and implementing the identified opportunities as well as support practice operations and business development.
Respond to client needs with direction and support to ensure high quality of service and satisfaction across client accounts. Support cross functional teams, department + company initiatives, and other teams/groups outside of specific client engagements. Recognize which results are important, understand how data and information plays into specific deliverables, and work to achieve the appropriate goals in a timely fashion. Use critical thinking skills to address problems and offer or seek reasonable solutions. Produce thorough and accurate data sets and written communications, leveraging business writing principles in collaboration with project leadership.
