Job Description

As the recruiting partner, the company aims to take it even higher with recruiting exceptional talent. You ideally worked in a SAAS startup/tech space managing high volume end to end recruiting and have a strong passion for building great teams with a heavy emphasis on company culture and candidate experience. Partner with the recruiting and hiring managers to understand priority roles, position profile, and search calibration for Sales teams. High volume full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, closing) for the sales org. Source and build strong talent pipelines resulting in a great top of funnel. Consistently strive to exceed all aspects of the recruiting KPIs and individual targets. Maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates for all open roles.
