Napster is seeking an Account Executive (Europe) to join our growing Enterprise team. Reporting to the Director of Business Development, this role is a key player in driving revenue growth and supporting the expansion of our client base across the region. The ideal candidate is results-driven, excited by emerging technology, and skilled at building relationships with decision-makers and turning prospects into long-term partners.
In this role, you will drive revenue by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the European market; execute sales strategies to grow Napsterβs customer base and market share; research and qualify prospective clients, industries, and verticals to build a strong sales pipeline; use consultative sales techniques to present solutions, influence decision-makers, and close deals; collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling pitch decks and tailored proposals; build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders; track and manage opportunities using a CRM system; report on pipeline, activities, and performance metrics; work cross-functionally with the Enterprise team across time zones to ensure successful deal execution.
