Position Responsibilities:
- Markets residential mortgage loan products.
- Originates loan applications ensuring compliance.
- Assists the processor in securing needed documentation.
Minimum Education & Experience:
- 3+ years’ work experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer/Originator.
- 2+ years’ experience acting in a Branch Manager capacity.
- Experience using a mortgage loan management system is required; Encompass experience highly preferred.
