Job Description
Leading efforts to support the origination and closing of renewable energy real estate assets in the United States. Managing a pipeline of deals across the United States and facilitating dialogue between pricing, origination, legal, and the management team. Negotiating and drafting documents for commercial real estate transactions. Overseeing due diligence activities and underwriting assets for lease terms, projected cash flow, and operator, offtaker, and facility information. Advising on strategic transactions and commercial matters. Position requires 5-10 years as a commercial real estate attorney at a mid to large-sized law firm and in-house at a renewable energy developer is required with deep knowledge of the financing, development, and operation of solar and wind facilities.
