Staff / Principal Engineer – Event-Driven Systems

What You'll Own:

• Own the event-driven commerce architecture, defining event semantics, versioning, and observability.
• Evolve core commerce data models across orders, payments, subscriptions, and merchants.
• Connect applications to the data platform via CDC, streaming, and domain events.

What We're Looking For:

• 10+ years of backend engineering with significant technical leadership in production environments.
• Strong experience with event-driven architectures, distributed systems, and data-intensive applications.
• Deep understanding of transactional data modeling, consistency, and database fundamentals.
