Key Responsibilities:
- Review customer contracts, validate billing setup, and resolve disputes by coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Manage the AR group email and Tesorio to identify delinquent accounts and drive collections outreach.
- Support month-end close and assist with ad hoc operational projects.
Attributes for a Successful Candidate:
- Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of AR experience with large, complex accounts.
- Self-motivated team player with strong communication and time-management skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent knowledge of MS Office and GSuite tools.
