Senior Product Manager, ECOMMERCE Canada Product

Strategy & P&L Ownership:

• Own the full P&L for Dutch’s ecommerce business across prescription and non-prescription products.
• Proactively identify high-value opportunities and drive cross-functional execution.
• Define and evolve the product assortment strategy balancing pet-health relevance and commercial potential.

AI-Powered Personalization:

• Partner deeply with Dutch's AI team to build a personalized product recommendation engine.
• Define data inputs, recommendation logic, and feedback loops for surfacing the right products.
• Champion a data-first culture: use analytics to prioritize, test, learn, and iterate.

Storefront, Merchandising & Commerce Experience:

• Lead the full reimagination of Dutch’s product storefront from concept through execution.
• Own the merchandising strategy: curate product collections, design promotional calendars, and drive conversion.
• Manage the conversion funnel and continuously optimize through testing and iteration.

Assortment Management:

• Manage the product catalog lifecycle from onboarding to performance review and sunset decisions.
• Continuously scout for new products, emerging brands, and category innovations.
• Manage underlying product data and metadata strategy.
