Field Service Technician

Responsibilities:

• Execute electrical service work in accordance with customer orders, technical instructions, and safety requirements.
• Diagnose equipment problems through on-site inspections and remote support, then implement effective solutions.
• Prepare material lists and ensure tools, parts, and equipment are ready for each service assignment.

Requirements:

• Valid Journeyman Electrician's License and at least one year of electrical field service experience.
• Strong knowledge of NEC, EMT conduit bending, and working with 480V commercial switchboards.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
