Role Overview:
- Serve as a hands-on consultant for Oracle Cloud US Payroll implementations.
- Manage end-to-end delivery from discovery through go-live and post-production support.
- Work directly with client stakeholders and cross-functional HCM teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform hands-on configuration of Oracle Cloud Payroll and prepare Functional Solution Designs.
- Define System Integration Testing scenarios and coordinate integrated testing across modules.
- Support Parallel Payroll testing, payroll reconciliation, and variance analysis.
Required Experience:
- 4-8 years of Oracle HCM experience with strong Oracle Cloud Payroll expertise.
- At least one full end-to-end implementation from Discovery to Go-Live.
- Experience with Core HR, Time and Labor, Absence Management, Benefits, Compensation, and General Ledger.
