About the Role:
- We are looking for a Support Operations Specialist for one of our property management clients.
- This role focuses on supporting back-end operations and administrative workflows.
- You will work remotely and collaborate with a team dedicated to short-term rental property management.
Your Main Responsibilities:
- Support vacation rental back-end operations, including reservations support and maintenance coordination.
- Work confidently with tools like Guesty, Breezeway, Google Sheets, and Notion.
- Troubleshoot issues independently and manage spreadsheets with strong accuracy.
What We’re Looking For:
- An Operations Assistant background with hands-on experience in Guesty, Breezeway, and Google Sheets.
- Excellent written and verbal English, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented.
- Self-directed and comfortable in a fast-moving environment.
