Job Description

The Project-based Sourcing Associate is responsible for proactively identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent to build a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs. They collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to support the company’s talent acquisition strategy. They proactively source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and other platforms. Conduct targeted searches for hard-to-fill and specialized roles. Utilize Boolean search strategies and other creative sourcing techniques. They build and maintain a database of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs, organize talent pools by role type (Support, Mid-level, Specialized), and track sourcing activity and candidate statuses in internal tools. They draft and send engaging outreach messages to potential candidates, pre-screen candidates to assess their interest and availability, and schedule initial calls or forward qualified profiles to recruiters for next steps. They work closely with recruiters and the team lead to align sourcing efforts with hiring priorities. Provide daily or weekly reports on sourcing activities, including candidate pipelines and outreach response rates. Identify sourcing challenges and suggest solutions.
