About the Role:
- We are seeking an experienced Odoo Bookkeeper to join our team and manage accounts payable processes.
- You will handle invoice coding, vendor follow-ups, and bank reconciliations to ensure clean financial records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor the centralized AP inbox, upload and code invoices, and manage approval workflows.
- Perform three-way matching, prepare payments, and process ACH and credit-card transactions.
- Reconcile bank accounts, monitor exceptions, and maintain accurate AP records.
