Job Description
The Customer Success Data Analyst will play a pivotal role in supporting Sift's revenue cycle management (RCM) solutions. Sift is seeking a technically proficient analyst who serves as a critical link between Sift’s Data Science, Engineering, and operational teams and our clients, maximizing the impact of our solutions and deepening mutual value. Leveraging their expertise in healthcare revenue cycle data, this analyst will partner with Sift teams and client counterparts to help identify, develop, and deliver insights that drive results. This role involves serving as the front line for both internal and client analysis requests. The analyst will build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and long-term success. They will develop and deliver KPI dashboards and insight reports that highlight ROI and performance improvement opportunities.
