Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Technical Customer Success Manager for our Medicaid clients. The successful candidate will serve as the bridge between the product implementation team and product support, perform analysis to help diagnose and triage problems, manage customer deliverables, and lead go-live activities. A successful candidate has experience and practical knowledge to support clients in healthcare data and software supporting payers, PBMs, or third-party administrators; working with Medicaid data sets (T-MSIS); and working with FHIR IGs (Implementation guides).
Responsibilities include performing analysis and problem-solving related to client data, managing client relationships, evaluating and documenting customer business needs, managing deliverables, supporting a portfolio of customers, collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing new requests from the client, and promoting product value. The role also involves educating clients on product capabilities, addressing questions, and implementing process improvements.
