The Research and Insights (R&I) Team is seeking a seasoned qualitative product researcher to join our team. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Research and Insights, you will be pivotal in shaping product, design, and broader business strategies across the organization. You’ll have the opportunity to conceptualize, drive, and synthesize strategic research efforts across various business areas. You'll align cross-functional partners around a unified, insights-driven perspective. Responsibilities include driving strategic research efforts across the product and business, showcasing qualitative research expertise to improve user understanding and identify product opportunities, and delivering powerful storytelling to advance product transformation. You will also devise research and insight roadmaps, triangulate across multiple internal and external data points, and ensure ethical standards and compliance are upheld in all research activities.
