WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Lead, grow, and develop a team of 3+ data scientists and governance professionals.
- Own the fundamentals: performance monitoring, drift monitoring, fair lending assessments, governance documentation, validation, and change management.
- Set the strategy for the function, decide what to automate and standardize.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- 8+ years in model risk management, model validation, or model governance, including team building experience.
- Deep knowledge of SR 11-7, SR 26-2, OCC guidance, fair lending, and regulatory landscape.
- Genuine technical depth: able to read models and hold your own with data scientists.
