Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement enterprise Data and AI Governance frameworks, policies, and standards.
- Establish risk-based governance processes for AI use cases across their lifecycle.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to embed governance into development and change management.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of relevant experience in data governance, AI governance, or related disciplines.
- Demonstrated experience building or materially enhancing a data or AI governance program.
- Strong understanding of data ownership, stewardship, quality, lineage, and lifecycle management.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience within fintech, financial institution, or technology company.
- Familiarity with banking regulatory expectations for data management and model risk.
- Experience with recognized data- and AI-governance frameworks like DAMA-DMBOK or NIST AI RMF.
