Team Leadership and Operations:

  • Lead and coach a team of Sales Operations Support Specialists to support Account Executives with quotes, orders, and post-sales activities.
  • Distribute service requests efficiently, manage time-off coverage, and ensure accurate order booking and month-end processes.

Process and Performance Management:

  • Proactively review aging requests for SLA compliance and address initial escalation requests from sales, pre-sales, and finance teams.
  • Direct out-of-scope requests to appropriate teams and assist in change management for business process improvements.

Industry Engagement and Strategic Contribution:

  • Attend internal and external meetings and online partner training sessions to understand the industry environment.
  • Continually seek ways to maximize efficiency and better meet client needs through process optimization recommendations.
