Client Services Travel Representative

Destination Knot is looking for enthusiastic, detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Client Services Travel Representatives. This remote role is perfect for those who love travel, enjoy helping others, and excel at providing excellent customer care. You’ll assist clients with planning and booking travel arrangements while ensuring outstanding service and personalized attention. Training and support are provided to help you succeed in this rewarding role. You will engage with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budgets, research travel options, including accommodations, cruises, tours, and packages. The job also entails preparing and presenting customized travel proposals and itineraries. You will manage travel reservations and ensure accuracy of booking details and provide timely, professional communication and follow-up with clients.
