Director of IT

Our Director of IT will lead the strategic direction and operational excellence of Invisible’s global IT function, acting as both a visionary architect and hands-on operational leader. This role is pivotal in scaling and maturing our IT infrastructure and services to support a rapidly growing, remote-first workforce and global client base.The Director will define and own a long-term IT roadmap aligned with Invisible’s business objectives, working in close partnership with executive stakeholders across Security, Product, People, Legal, and Operations. They will be in charge of optimizing the performance, resilience, and security of our core technology ecosystem, including enterprise software, infrastructure, hardware, and end-user support. The Director will ensure that systems and services are not only highly available and cost-effective, but also flexible and scalable enough to meet the evolving demands of our business.
