Group Account Supervisor (Fixed-Term Contract)

This is a fixed-term contract position, where you will manage the client services team providing tactical and strategic leadership. You will work directly with the client to ensure goals and objectives are being met and takes ownership of the campaign process from inception to completion. You will supervise the client services team on a day to day basis. Responsibilities include being the primary contact between the client and client services team and developing relationships with key opinion leaders. You should anticipate client needs and make recommendations, while simultaneously handling multiple projects under pressure and tight deadlines. Leads and sets an example for the client services team delivering quality products to clients and works with multiple departments to ensure overall quality control of projects. The perfect candidate constantly communicates with all departments, providing necessary project updates and performs administrative tasks necessary to meet client deliverables.
