What You’ll Do:

  • Do strong, anti-racist, anti-colonial statewide organizing with youth.
  • Bring skills and experience doing and leading organizing movements for mutual liberation.
  • Support KFTC members and allies to advance a visionary, anti-racist, anti-colonial policy agenda.

What Else You Should Know:

  • This position requires a full-time, flexible, 40-hour/week schedule with frequent in-state travel.
  • KFTC staff work either mostly from home or some hybrid between home and office, depending on their schedule and responsibilities.
  • Salary is based on prior relevant experience.
