Contracts Manager

As a Contracts Manager within the Project Controls team, you will play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of Vantage’s North American data center portfolio by overseeing contract administration, change management, and compliance processes across multiple construction projects. Working closely with the Senior Manager of Project Controls, you will ensure all contractual obligations are met, changes are properly evaluated and documented, and commercial risks are proactively identified and mitigated. You will collaborate cross-functionally with construction teams, legal, finance, and external partners to uphold contract integrity and ensure proper documentation throughout the project lifecycle. Essential job functions include contract administration through managing documentation, reviewing contracts, and ensuring obligations are met. Change management tasks encompass leading the change management workflow, supporting project teams, and monitoring commercial risks. Commercial risk & compliance includes identifying contractual risks, ensuring consistency in contractual practices, and supporting claim preparation. Collaboration & reporting includes supporting the monthly forecasting, assisting in creating real-time dashboards, and coordinating with internal stakeholders.
