Job Description
Looking for candidates to Interpret between American Sign Language (ASL), and/or English transliteration and spoken English, through web-based VRI system. You will be Answering inbound VRI sessions in a timely manner, assisting clients with basic troubleshooting, and providing superior customer service. Other duties as assigned by Manager will occur. You should adhere to the RID Code of Professional Conduct, have attention to detail and strong oral and written communication skills. Experience with VRS or VRI systems is preferred.
