Middle Java Full Stack Developer

About the Role:

• You will work on a project within a Telecom Team for client BICS, a global telecommunication enabler.
• You will develop your telecom expertise in diverse products including Voice, Cloud, Signaling, LTE, IoT.

What You'll Do:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Java and modern frontend technologies.
• Lead by example and mentor a development team while continuously improving engineering practices.
• Drive technical discussions and contribute to architecture decisions.

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of commercial software development experience using Java 17+, Spring, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript and React.js, API design, and complex SQL queries.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and openness to using modern AI tools.
