Develops strategic marketing plans, considering agency strengths, competitors, and market conditions. Identifies and secures profitable new business opportunities in target markets and develops and implements strategic plans, resulting in a specified increase in market share. Cultivates and maintains strong relationships with key agencies by providing tailored insurance solutions that meet their specific needs, leading to an increase in agency retention and satisfaction. Educates agencies on product features, market placement, and effective selling techniques. Drives revenue growth by achieving or exceeding sales targets. This position is a field role within the Northern Virigina and Maryland territory.
