Key Responsibilities:
- Define, identify and maintain composition of Medical Expert universe in partnership with stakeholders.
- Conduct cross-functional engagements with Tier 1 Medical Experts to gain insights.
- Collaborate on advisory boards and consultancies, and support execution.
Collaboration and Strategy:
- Partner with Medical Affairs to deploy experts for market-related needs.
- Schedule and execute cross-functional engagements with experts.
- Serve as point of contact between experts and Novartis teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- At least 7 years of Thought Leader Liaison or related experience.
- Minimum 5 years in assigned disease area preferred; strong knowledge of healthcare industry.
