Job Summary:
- Work with the Talent Acquisition team to support high-volume recruiting
- Hands-on experience in application review and candidate sourcing
- Contribute to early careers recruiting and the 2026 Summer Internship program
Essential Job Functions:
- Assist with reviewing applications and resumes
- Learn and execute sourcing best practices
- Help coordinate interview scheduling
Required Knowledge, Ability and Skills:
- Must be enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
