What we're looking for:
- 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including senior leadership roles within high growth SaaS or technology companies.
- An understanding of revenue, related technical accounting concepts in accordance with the U.S. GAAP and complex SaaS revenue models.
- Excellent people leadership skills.
What you can expect:
- Ensure revenue processes and controls are designed to scale with company’s growth, reducing manual intervention and increasing automation over time.
- Partner with Sales Operations, Sales, and Legal to provide input and thought-leadership around sales commission structuring which should promote healthy deal practices.
- Help deliver a positive employee experience for all stakeholders who interact with Revenue Accounting including Sales, Sales Operations, Legal, and others.
