Strategic Operator

This role is central to shaping and executing initiatives that accelerate growth, improve provider and family experiences, and drive operational excellence. You will lead critical projects end to end — defining success criteria, managing execution across functions, and ensuring delivery in partnership with teams including Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, Product, Analytics, and Engineering. Reporting to the VP of Strategy & Operations – Home Care, you will be a trusted partner in turning strategy into execution.

Manage Strategic Initiatives by leading execution of Home Care’s strategic priorities; scope, resource, and track projects to completion. Manage risk, escalate issues quickly, and propose solutions to keep initiatives on track. Build frameworks, analyses, and recommendations that inform leadership decisions. Develop Market & Business Insights by analyzing provider performance, consumer trends, and industry benchmarks to surface opportunities. Support business cases for new pilots, initiatives, and investments. Develop executive-ready materials summarizing insights and recommendations. Drive Operational Excellence; implement project management processes, timelines, and reporting for accountability. Create dashboards and tracking tools to measure initiative progress and impact. Lead Through Influence; partner with Home Care leadership to set priorities and communicate progress. Prepare and facilitate senior leadership updates, quarterly reviews, and planning sessions.
