Manager, Interior Planning & Design Standards

Interior Planning Integration:

• Partner with Planning & Preconstruction to translate clinical and operational requirements into design criteria.
• Support early project phases including functional programming and space standards development.
• Ensure interior design concepts align with scope, budget, and phasing.

System-Wide Standards Leadership:

• Lead development and continuous improvement of interior finish and environment standards.
• Align standards with branding, clinical needs, and lifecycle durability.
• Serve as subject matter expert for material performance and standardization.

Design Oversight & Consultant Coordination:

• Guide external architects and designers to ensure alignment with planning intent and system standards.
• Review design deliverables for programming alignment and cost compliance.
• Provide direction for project-specific adaptation or innovation.

Furniture, Artwork & Signage Leadership:

• Provide strategic oversight for FF&E, artwork programs, and signage/wayfinding systems.
• Ensure FAS decisions integrate with programming and brand consistency.
• Guide development of repeatable solutions for system-wide deployment.
