New Business Development:

  • Participate in prospect meetings at all stages of the sales process
  • Partner closely with our Producer team to develop tailored solutions
  • Serve as the consultative voice on benefits strategy

Alternate Funding Strategy & Client Advisory:

  • Advise prospects and clients on self-funded, level-funded, captive, and reference-based pricing models
  • Evaluate client risk profiles and funding readiness in partnership with carriers and underwriters
  • Guide clients through stop-loss renewals, plan design decisions, and mid-year adjustments

Financial Reporting & Client Insights:

  • Deliver monthly financial reports and claims utilization analysis to applicable clients
  • Identify trends, outliers, and cost drivers in claims data
  • Partner with Client Success to ensure financial insights are integrated into broader client strategy
