Role Overview:
- Own federal and provincial grant applications end-to-end, leading writing teams and managing complex multi-stakeholder timelines.
- Serve as the strategic interface between CFS and clients, bringing rigor and momentum to high-stakes proposals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage grant applications from kickoff through submission, ensuring compliance with all requirements and deadlines.
- Develop project timelines, milestones, and go/no-go decision points aligned with solicitation requirements.
- Coordinate writers and technical experts across proposal teams, balancing expertise with capacity.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and minimum six years of grant project management or grant writing experience, with at least three years as lead PM on funded proposals.
- Strong scientific or technical knowledge relevant to climate solutions and experience with Canadian federal and provincial grant agencies.
- Proficiency in Asana, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office, with strong organizational and communication skills.
