VP, Head of People Operations

The VP, Head of People Operations reporting to the CPO will be responsible for transforming People & Culture into a service platform that drives innovative, scalable processes and leverages AI and automation to enhance employee experience and operational efficiency. A successful candidate for this position will lead and manage core HR operations, systems, and compliance, including HRIS, Data analytics, immigration support. This role provides strategic and operational leadership for HR Operations, ensuring scalable, efficient, and employee-centric processes across the organization.  This role serves as the primary project manager for M&A enablement for People Ops. The role also oversees the ongoing performance, administration, optimization, and continuous improvement of the HR Tech stack, driving automation, accuracy, and seamless employee experiences.
