- Entra ID (Azure AD): identity, SSO, Conditional Access, MFA.
- Microsoft Exchange Online (mail flow, hybrid concepts, retention, eDiscovery).
- Microsoft Teams (governance, voice/meetings, lifecycle, integrations).
